What your license does not include
- Reselling or redistributing APEX OS 2.0 to others
- Sharing your access link with other people
- Using APEX OS 2.0 as the basis for a competing product
- Claiming APEX OS 2.0 as your own work
- Team or organization-wide deployment without a team license
Intellectual property
APEX OS 2.0 is the intellectual property of Apex OS. The design, structure, copy, and system architecture are proprietary. Your license grants you the right to use it — not to own the underlying IP.
