The short version
If APEX OS doesn't work for you within 30 days of purchase, email us and we'll refund you in full. No hoops, no justification required, no waiting period. Done.
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@apexos.life with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address you used to purchase. That's all we need. We'll process your refund within 2 business days and you'll receive a confirmation email.
Refund timeline
- You email us within 30 days of purchase
- We confirm your refund within 1–2 business days
- Stripe processes the refund back to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank, funds appear within 5–10 business days
What "30 days" means
The 30-day window starts from the date of your purchase, not from when you first open APEX OS. If you purchased on May 1st, your refund window closes on May 31st.
Do I need a reason?
No. We'd love to know why so we can improve, but you are not required to explain anything. "It wasn't for me" is a complete and valid reason. We'd rather refund you than have you stuck with something you're not using.
After a refund
Once a refund is processed, your access link will be deactivated. Any duplicated Notion pages remain in your workspace — we can't remove those, but we trust you to delete them.
